- Photos of the Property and or Buildings
- A Completed Application form with a Completed Affordability Assessment
- Copy of the ID documents belonging the principles / owner/s of the property
- Copy of the Title Deed
- Copy of the Latest Rates and Taxes Account.
- Copy of the Latest Levy Account if the Property is in a Complex / Apartment managed by a Body Corporate
- Copy of the Latest Insurance Policy or Broker Letter Confirming Cover
- Proof of Residence for the Principles or Trustees.
- Breakdown of the Shareholding of the Entity or list of Beneficiaries and Trustees.
- Three Months Bank statements
- Cession of Life policy
Finally depending on the entity your property is registered in. (ignore if it is in your name)

- CC’s (CK1, CK2, CK2A)
Cars
- A Completed Application Form
- Detailed Photos of the Vehicle
- Copy of the ID document/s belonging the Owner/s of the Vehicle
- Proof of Address (not older than 3 months)

Moveables & Other Assets
- Details of the Asset
- Proof of ownership
*In this category we will consider a wide variety of moveable assets such as Art, Diamonds & Jewelery, Watches, we are however very stringent when it comes to these items, certificates of authenticity will be sought and original proof of ownership will be required when using these assets as security.
